Leadership Workshops | Leadership Service Project
    
Students develop leadership skills by planning, executing and leading a community service project. Projects are fairly simple and provide a direct impact in the community. The students at Ella Hill Hutch Community Center planned and prepared a meal for a group of local senior citizens, and we can work with educators to develop other service projects. The student groups plan all the logistics. Instructors act as a support resource and provide guidance when appropriate. The service project takes place on the Saturday following the final workshop, or at another time approved and coordinated with the educators who are involved.
